Your break is on a self-catering basis, all gas & electric usage is included, boiler & appliances are safety checked annually as legally required. Having rented myself for several years - I have tried to make my rental service a personal one! 14 days prior to your stay you will receive an information pack, which contains details of arrival & departure times, key collection & return, personal directions from your home address to the site & how to find the caravan once you get there! On arrival at the caravan, you will find my "welcome pack" which contains any information you may need during your stay including contact numbers, details of site facilities, local attractions & directions (+ a kid's activity section for the Littleys!) There are simply loads of "additional extras" that you don't normally get included in your break which are ALL INCLUDED in the cost of your stay (aside from the usual "basics"!):- 2 x sets of keys, tea, coffee, sugar (& sweeteners!), all condiments (tomato ketchup, salad cream, brown sauce, burger sauce, salt & pepper, vinegar), sandwich toaster, plastic-ware for the Littleys, straws, freshly laundered T-towels, hand towel & oven gloves, kitchen roll, cleaning materials, black rubbish sacks, washing-up liquid, washing-up sponges, gas ignition lighter, matches, torch, scissors, sellotape, screwdrivers, carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, 2 x flat screen TVs with integrated Free-view + DVD players, CD/Radio, assorted DVDs & books, children's colouring pens, crayons, activity sheets & colouring pages, bubbles, skipping ropes, bubble-guns, bat & ball game, swim floats, fishing nets (rock pool!), shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap, first aid kit, freshly laundered hand towels, toilet rolls, cylinder hoover, dustpan & brush, iron + ironing board. Oustide, you have full use of brand new garden furniture; table + parasol,4 x chairs, 2 reclining chairs with soft covers, 2 x deckchairs + sun lounger, BBQ & there is a permanent corkscrew dog tether! NEW FOR 2013: Bed linen & beds made up on arrival can be provided at a fee of 20 per stay. House-trained pets are welcome, but subject to my discretion! You will be held liable for ANY damage a pet may cause, no matter how small. I ask for a 50 REFUNDABLE deposit against breakages/damage, which will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure date.
